As Seitenbacher Chia Muesli is a mix of whole wheat flakes like from rye, oats and barley you get the full bunch of fiber. The digestion will be stimulated. Since the mix also is made of apples, raspberries, strawberries and currants it gets a fruity taste. As well sunflower seeds, pumpkinseeds and whole almonds are added.
